This position is responsible for providing production support for the Addressable Systems in the ICOMS billing system to include 3rd party applications that integrate with the biller. A primary responsibility is management of addressable interfaces/ports which encompasses support for production, development, testing and training environments where applicable. The person in this position will work with Billing Operations Design, Configuration and Release Management teams to ensure that milestones are met for configuring and updating the addressable systems and related configuration in these environments. This position will coordinate with billing vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues and receive, test and apply fixes when required. The Billing Analyst works collaboratively with internal contacts, billing vendors and external contacts to meet production support service level objectives.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide ICOMS addressable system support including interface monitoring and production sustainment, issue support and production deployment of interfaces/ports and configuration associated with addressability
• Monitor work queues and ticketing systems and ensure the stability of the production addressable ports and provisioning tools
• Respond to and support resolution for issues received via ticket or email in a timely manner including issue bridge participation when appropriate to ensure continuity of service and proactively avoid service interruption to the customer and to expedite resolution for production issues
• Create, configure and support addressability in test, training and production environments and ensure configuration is complete and validated before releasing to end users
• Follow company and departmental policies to ensure that internal/external audit, SOX and PCI compliance requirements are met
• Participate in meetings related to and provide support for Billing Product Launches, system changes and other initiatives
• Assure timely completion of assigned projects and tasks with consistently high quality and fulfillment of business needs and requirements
• Work closely with other departments to support ICOMS 1 way and 2 way communication with controllers and other systems to include but not limited to Video Engineering and Operations, BPS/APO Support and Provisioning, IT Provisioning, IT, Network Operations and others
• Participate as a team member to assist markets with conversions, migrations, passers and database merges on the hosted platform. This includes test environment addressability configuration and support, troubleshooting and issue resolution including Go Live support. Adhere to schedule and ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Provide support for Pay Per View and Video On Demand related functions in a primary or back up capacity and contribute to creation and maintenance of related process documentation
• Participate in department on-call rotation
• Perform other duties as requested or assigned by management

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge:
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Experience building and maintaining addressable systems within the ICOMS billing application
• Experience working with technical teams to support video, data and telephone product delivery
• Experience with ICOMS application administration and related functions and transactions
• Experience with application support and developing testing and troubleshooting procedures
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software application suite
• Demonstrable research, analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work within a fast paced, high change environment to meet timelines
• An approach to teamwork that fosters communication and collaboration
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work extended hours

Skills/Ability and Knowledge:
• Knowledge of cable television/telephony/ISP industry requirements and systems
• 1 - 3 years of ICOMS Billing System experience (ICOMS Preferred)
• Basic SQL/Query knowledge a plus
• Bachelors degree in IT or related field is preferred or equivalent training, education and experience

Related Work Experience:
• IT or Billing Operations support
